Shipping costs
Standard shipping from Brisbane warehouse has a flat fee of $9.00 for orders under $60.
All Australian metro orders $80 and over qualify for free standard shipping (this excluded rural areas).
Express Post from our Brisbane warehouse is available for a flat fee of $20.
- Express Post, however at this time, they cannot guarantee next day delivery due to potential delays.
International Shipping rate $20 for parcels under 500g,

Processing time & Shipping time
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time from our Brisbane warehouse: Order verification, quality check and packaging. We aim to dispatch orders the same day if the order has been placed by 10am or next day if the order has been placed after 10am (AEST).

Shipping time from our Brisbane warehouse: We will send via our selected courier partners, depending on the order size. Standard post orders are usually received between 2-7 business days and express post orders can be expected to be received between 1-4 business days (depending on metro, regional or rural location).
